“I came to dance-dance-dance-dance.”
I’m sorry America but you probably aren’t dancing, and I know I’m not dancing any more to this song after hearing it over hundreds of times on many of the popular radio stations.
Dynamite was released last May to the public and it’s still number seven on the top ten list. You’d think people would be tired of it by now…
Mix 93.3 and 95.7 The Vibe have become way too synchronized with one another.
I’ll often times turn on the radio and hear the typical “Just gonna stand there and watch me burn,” I immediately reach to change the station, except it seems as if halfway through changing it I’m sighing to the fact that the same song is on two radio stations at once.
Can’t we appreciate some quality music instead of hearing the same songs over and over?
Personally, I’m a huge fan of Eminem. I even loved his song, “Love the Way You Lie” before it was on the radio. Not only that, but I had listened to his Recovery album weeks in advance to the rest of the world who began to talk about how much they loved it, or loved that song in particular.
Well, I have something new for you, I love the way you lie.
Not only can you not list another song on this album, but you’re probably Not Afraid to say you love it. You Won’t Back Down will you?
Now, you’ve got the magic in you. I suppose you’re going to touch that track and turn it into gold also.
If someone really had this kind of magic in my opinion they would actually have a reason to be singing and dancing about it, except no one does… so, why do we find it necessary to listen over and over to the same songs?
Listening to a variety of different songs would be much more appealing in my opinion, not hearing the same ten repeated over and over, all day, every day.
I find myself riding in my car, music full blast many hours per week, and I can’t deal with hearing each song 50 or more times, as well as hearing them in the halls at school. It’s like I can’t escape the aggravating noises coming from the iPod of the kid sitting right next to me.
Last but not least, no one cares if you’re cooler than me, just because of your designer shades. I’m sorry, but is this really what we have come down to?
Please do me a favor and next time listen for a better beat to songs before you go buying songs on iTunes. We don’t really want to be represented by these monotonous songs that everyone knows. Be an individual and pick your own songs.
