30-Day Challenge

Lately a new challenge has started to trend. The goal is to change at least one or more aspect in one’s life in 30 days. Thanks to Matt Cutts people are waking up early everyday, sweets such as chocolate and or coke have been kicked out of daily diets, and working those abs everyday.  According to the 30 day challenge website; www.my30dc.com/site, there are  three steps. First pick your 30 day challenge: Select a habit that you want to create or lose. Like starting a new sport, eat healthy, or paint more. The second step is to actually do it for 30 days: Start it today not tomorrow. Make reminders and keep track of your progress. The third step is to enjoy your new habit.  Recently it has been proven that starting a habit and maintaing this habit takes 21-30 days. By the end of this challenge you will end up with a new habit.  So  start your 30 day challenge right now. Start eating healthy.Start working out. Or even just take pictures for all the things you are thankful for for 30 days.
