Gallery: Regional varsity cross country meet on Oct. 22

On Saturday, Oct. 22, the varsity cross country team competed in regionals. In the girls 5k race, the team placed fourth overall, with an average race time of 20:43.35. Although the whole girls team did not qualify for state, three individuals qualified: freshman McKenna Polus, junior Madison Fritz and sophomore Hannah Turner. In the boys 5k race, junior Dylan Miller placed third overall, and as a team the boys placed third as well. The whole boys team qualified for state with an average race time of 17:00.70. State will be held at Rim Rock Farms on Saturday, October 29.
