Q: Why did you join student council?
A: I joined because I thought it sounded cool, I wanted to get a leadership role and also a lot of my friends were doing it.
Q: What are the main responsibilities you take on as president?
A: I would say the biggest thing this year is since I was on [executive board] last year, I’ve been able to give input based on stuff that has happened in the past. All the other people bring great new ideas and I’m able to bounce it off what’s worked in the past, what hasn’t worked, and stuff like that.
Q: What is your goal for student council this year?
A: For Hoops for Hope, we are trying to bring it to a district level. We are going to try to have all the Blue Valley Schools participate in it so it will raise more money and be more collaborative with all of Blue Valley.
Q: What’s a fun fact about you?
A: I’ve broken seven bones.
CAMERON PASCHKE

Q: Why did you join student council?
A: I joined StuCo as a freshman because I thought it seemed like a cool way to get involved. I feel like I’ve always naturally liked being a leader.
Q: What is your favorite part of StuCo?
A: I love the creativity portion of it. I love hallway decorating personally because it’s a day where it’s not just StuCo, we invite everyone from the class and we all put a lot of effort into things like that.
Q: What is your goal for student council this year?
A: Making sure that everyone’s senior year is memorable and that it meets their expectations. Senior year gets hyped up a lot and I don’t want to disappoint people.
Q: What’s a fun fact about you?
A: I used to live in China.

Q: Why did you join student council?
A: I wanted to join student council to have more representation for the people who didn’t get spoken for in my class.
Q: What is your favorite part of StuCo?
A: My favorite part of StuCo right now is helping organize stuff, because now that I get a say in things, I feel like my voice is heard.
Q: What is your goal for student council this year?
A: My goal is to help the sophomores become a better class than we were last year, and to hopefully win more assemblies and have more class participation.
Q: What’s a fun fact about you?
A: I was not born here, I lived half my life in India.

A: I wanted to be a better student, make a difference and be a leader.
Q: How does StuCo impact students?
A: They can have fun, they can have a better environment. We make it easier to do things and make people feel safe.
Q: What is your goal for student council this year?
A: Just make this year very memorable. I want people to remember this year.
Q: What’s a fun fact about you?
A: I slalom ski and wakeboard.
